Having to cope with the loss of someone we love, someone important to us is something all of us may face at times in our lives. Yet although bereavement may be a normal part of life, coping with grief can seem like a lonely, endless struggle. We may want to not burden our friends or family with our pain, and yet we may still need to talk about loss as we try to come to terms with it.
